Today I am going to my first official Capoiera class. This marks the end and beginning of a long journey for me. A journey of talking and not doing is ending and a journey of doing and gaining all that I know is possible and all that is possible that I can't even imagine yet. I am taking my friend Omar with me. He is a princely 13 year old Iraqi Refugee that I think will really connect with the frequency of Capoiera.
